Fairs
Full Registration
- One (1) full conference registration with access to all conference sessions and meals.
Single Day Registration
- Access to all classes, meals, snacks, and hospitality beverages on a specific conference day.
- Available for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Price varies per day.
Jr Fair Board Registration
- Discounted registration for youth individuals associated with a Jr Fairboard.
Individual Meal Tickets
- Available for the Lunch or Dinner Banquet on Saturday, November 8 and the Breakfast Meeting on Sunday, November 9.
- Ideal for spouses who are not attending the conference, but would like to join for a meal.
Kids Meals
- Conference registrations are not required for children, but meals must be purchased if they expect to eat at any of the four meals throughout the weekend.
- Children’s lunch and dinner will be chicken tenders, fries, mac and cheese, or similar kid-friendly food items. Breakfasts will be the traditional buffet available to the rest of the conference.
Associate Members
Full Registration
- One (1) full conference registration with access to all conference sessions and meals.
Friday & Saturday Partial Registration
- Ideal for associate members who want to attend the conference on Friday and Saturday, but do not plan to attend the Saturday Banquet or Sunday Breakfast.
- Includes:
- Friday, November 7: Access to conference sessions and all meals for the day.
- Saturday, November 8: Access to conference sessions with breakfast and lunch only (Saturday Banquet Meal and Saturday Happy Hour drink tickets not included).

- Available for the Dinner Banquet on Saturday, November 8 and the Breakfast Meeting on Sunday, November 9.
